Collective Journey Retreat

November 7-9, 2024 | Marshall, Virginia

There’s room for you at the table…

Held at the scenic Tableview Farm, The Collective Journey Retreat is a 3-day experience designed to help you step away from the busyness of life, and step into a space of growth, refreshing and personal renewal.

Join author, speaker and mentor, Lisa Potter, as she facilitates guests through a personal prayer retreat that includes transformative teachings, shared meals, and the opportunity to experience soul care like you’ve never experienced it before…

Who is this retreat for?

Women who are called…

Whether or not you’re actively serving in ministry as a leader or volunteer, one thing is certain – you know God has called you for a specific purpose. You want to hear his voice, but it’s been difficult to silence the noise of life.

This retreat is for you.

Women who are weary…

If you were honest about your situation, you wouldn’t exactly call it "burnout,” but you also wouldn’t call it sustainable. The pace of life has become overwhelming and you desperately need rest – not just for your body, but for your soul.

This retreat is for you.

Women who are ready…

You are deeply committed to growth and are actively taking steps to go deeper in life and leadership. Perhaps you recently participated in a Collective Journey Leadership Cohort, but just need some dedicated time in God’s presence to process your next steps.

This retreat is for you.

Where we’ll gather

Nestled in the mountains of Marshall, Virginia, The Tableview Farm offers the perfect backdrop for rest, vision and restoration. With plenty of cozy indoor spaces for group meals and conversations, plus acres and acres of scenic farmland to walk, pray and explore – there’s a little something for everyone.

What we’ll learn…

In her book, The Collective Journey, Lisa shares the importance of four foundational truths for going deeper in life and leadership: core self, communion, calling, and community. The retreat includes four group sessions, an afternoon personal prayer retreat, relationship building, and three meals at the Tableview Farm.

Session 1: Unhurrying our Thoughts
Session 2: Are you in pace with God’s pace?
Session 3: The Secret of the Commonplace
Session 4: Admired, Blessed & Happy

This is the retreat you’ve been waiting for…

A Message from your host, Lisa Potter…

My lack of a mentor in the early years of my leadership journey is what compels me to mentor the next generation of female leaders.

By inviting women to join me around the table at The Collective Journey Retreat, my prayer is that you’ll come alive in your God-given calling, gain fresh vision for your future, and be inspired to lead and mentor in new ways.

I’ll see you at the table…
